The 14th "Qiangdong Cup" National Invitational College Sociology Knowledge Contest was Successfully Held

On May 18th, the14th "Qiangdong Cup" National Invitational College Sociology Knowledge Contest was successfully held at Renmin University of China. Hosted by the School of Social Research, the event brought together 26 universities all over the country to exchange professional knowledge and share a feast of knowledge on the university's campus.

After a full day of intense competition through the preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds, was emerged winners:

Third Prize: Hohai University Team, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Team, Central South University Team

Excellence Award: Shandong University Team, Central University of Finance and Economics Team, Southeast University Team, University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Team, Minzu University of China Team, Xiamen University Team

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the restoration and development of the sociology department at Renmin University of China, outstanding sociology students from 26 universities across the country engaged in professional exchanges and discussions. They demonstrated exceptional knowledge, analytical skills, and a deep understanding and passion for the field of sociology, growing and advancing together through the competition. As a student-centered flagship event of the School of Social Research, the "Qiangdong Cup" Sociology Knowledge Contest inspires young people to heed General Secretary Xi Jinping's call to "grow into a new generation capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation."
