Wang Shuixiong, male, Professor and doctoral supervisor, with Center of Sociological Theory and Method Research, School of Sociology and Population in Renmin University of China; Associate Editor of  Sociological Review of China ; Chairman of the Economic Sociology Committee of the Chinese Sociological Association.

In 2004, he graduated from the Department of Sociology (China Social and Development Research Center) of Peking University with a doctorate degree. Since 2004, he has been teaching at the School of Sociology and Population in Renmin University of China, teaching courses such as  Economic Sociology ,  Introduction to Sociology , and  History of Western Sociology to undergraduates. His research interests include economic sociology, Marxist sociology and game theory. Monographs include:  Structural Game ,  Embedded Game ,  Game - Structural Functionalism , etc.; He has edited:  History of Western Economic Sociology (First Deputy editor),  Economic Sociology Research (third series) and (fourth series) (executive editor),  Organizational Management and Organizational Innovation (Executive editor), etc. He has published nearly 100 papers in journals such as  Sociological Research ,  Society ,  Youth Research and  Sociological Review . His translations include:  Society and Economy ,  The  Strategy of Conflict (Retranslated), and  Pricing the Priceless Child .

He has hosted and completed two projects of China Social Science Fund. He has won the second prize of the 11th Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Beijing, the first prize of the Excellent Paper Award of the Annual Meeting of the Chinese Sociological Association, the national fine course, the second prize of the Education and Teaching Achievement Award of Renmin University of China, the first prize of the teaching and research award of the Sociology Discipline Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and other teaching and research awards.
